Whilst others smile and wave from atop positions of imagined power in Vaults as far from the world as possible, hiding in the dark from their actions in the light. Though, in the Wasteland, these reasons don't matter. These people are the same as those who came before. Nothing will alter, there will be violence, there will be blood, there will be war...
