Ordering from Gamersphere – What to Expect

We're a little different from your typical retailer. Instead of holding thousands of products in our warehouse, we order many of our games directly from our trusted suppliers when you place your order.

This allows us to offer one of New Zealand's largest ranges of board games, card games, role-playing games, miniatures, puzzles, collectibles and gaming accessories while keeping our prices competitive.

Why can dispatch take up to 15 days?

When you place an order we:

  • Order your items from our suppliers.
  • Receive them into our warehouse.
  • Carefully inspect and pack your order.
  • Dispatch your parcel with one of our courier partners.

Because of this process, dispatch can take up to 15 days, although many orders leave our warehouse much sooner.

Your tracking details are emailed automatically as soon as your order has been packed and collected by the courier.

Rather than limiting you to what is already sitting on a shelf, we can offer a much wider range of games.

How do I know how long my order will take?

Every product page includes an estimated dispatch timeframe and information about where your item is sourced from.

If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, dispatch will usually occur once all items have arrived at our warehouse.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we have not already placed your order with our supplier, we will do our best to make any requested changes.

If supplier ordering has already begun, we will discuss the options available with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is 15 days guaranteed?

No. Fifteen days is our maximum expected dispatch timeframe. Many orders are dispatched much sooner.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is emailed automatically once your parcel has been packed and collected by the courier.

Do all products come from suppliers?

Many do, although some products are stocked in our warehouse and can be dispatched much sooner.
